I learned via Skynews and would say it’s a message for everyone of us regardless of the colour of our skin, the language we speak, the religion (or lack of it) we adhere to. The Japanese are the ‘best’ example of humankind to emulate before any adversity.
These are the things that drew my attention which I need to learn and to put into my daily life. I invite you to do the same if you’re not doing them already.

This, to me, is ‘true’ spirituality – living a spiritual life.
