Karma - learn to be aware of the outcome of all your actions
Final part
Spiritual life should be fully aware - aware of all POSSIBLE outcome of all your actions you PLAN to undertake BEFORE you actually start them. Like a chess player who has to think as many steps of the game ahead at any given point of the game to prevent defeat. Hence you should think about all potential possibilities of all actions you PLAN - then after having assured that all outcome is safe and for the benefit of all - act.
Here a few examples:When opening business or selecting a jobAnswer yourself the following questions:
1. What is the future need of such products or services?
2. Do you have to compete against others?
3. May competitors be jealous or envious of you and compete your business?
4. Can your service or product be abused or misused to damage or hurt others?
5. Can your product or service be a threat to others, to the environment or to the creation?
6. Can others misinterpret or abuse your statements or products or services to cause you legal problems and cause difficulties to you?
7. Can there be shortages of your supply that could cause problems for you to provide or deliver services or products to you customers?
8. Can inventions you make be used or abused for other than peaceful projects?
Such and similar questions should go through your mind and be answered before you make decisions and undertake actions. If you can assure yourself that there is zero risk that anything you do can ever bounce back in a harmful way to others or your self. if you are 100 % sure that all you do or provide in services or products is for the benefit and only benefit and nothing could ever be abused for violent or destructive actions against anyone - human - non-human - animal - environment or entire creation - THEN you can rest assured and in peace of mind that any result of your actions will be of ONLY positive nature and hence empty of any potential harmful and expensive karma.
Karma ALWAYS is expensive for YOU because you and only you are the one to pay full price for any possible damage - no matter what insurance you might have. Insurance may eventually pay money - but YOU are to pay true karma and you are the one to dissolve all your karma in person! You may want to compare your situation to past situations of OTHERS. Learn from history - learn from mistakes made before by you or others!
Based on such comparison - and based on your knowledge of the PRESENT global situation of jobs and entire industry as well as future development already underway and based on your SPIRITUAL knowledge, ask god for guidance and learn to look into the future and plan to avoid any problems at all. Build solid future on a strong spiritual base rather than high risk just for eventual high short time profit or gain.
When looking for a living partner
There are more complex questions to be asked that can never be answered purely based on material or physical facts. A human partner is a MULTI-dimensional being, emotional, mental, intellectual, spiritual, karma, and much more may affect your decisions. All YOUR factors as well as all mentioned factors in a POTENTIAL partner.
IMPORTANT:
A wrong decision in selecting a living partner may affect you much more - financially as well as spiritually - as any wrong decision in business or job ever could!
Remember:
An intellect may lie or pretend and mislead you - however a heart never lies and subconsciously every - ALL - other person ALWAYS reveals his true innermost being. See the many microletters as well as the publication "secrets of love" to learn all or as much as possible before making such decisions for a life time.
Some of the most important factors that you really NEED to consider from the very beginning when selecting a partner are:
1. Do we both have real goals beyond present material
existence- eternal goals - for the mutual benefit of ALL?
2. Are these mutual interests beyond these present years - your eternal goals - already fully reflected in your present job or activities? One key point for all is to LEARN - to SPIRITUALLY learn and grow stronger and wiser in their love and life. is this what both - YOU and your potential partner are actually DOING NOW ... these very days and weeks - consciously learning to improve love ?
3. Is love the most important key factor for BOTH FOR this potential relationship ? or is your attraction and relationship only based on some superficial and temporary outside interests like your CURRENT hobbies, recreation activities or your present job ? your interest like hobbies or recreation or even job may totally change within just a few years - from ONE day to another - and any relationship based on such superficial factors may lose its mutual basis instantly at any given time when one or both have expired their lessons or attraction to a particular area of interest.
4. Do you have any mutual interest for the benefit of OTHERS or is one of you or both of you only self focused on your own life?
5. Do you have a mutual SPIRITUAL base for your relationship? There simply is NO possible lasting relationship if in one or both a spiritual base is MISSING at present. Spirituality is YOUR absolute truth and true being. Anything physical or material only may eventually serve either your ego or your short term spiritual lessons.
6. do you have from the VERY first day - from the very first ONE day and ONE night - total opening and harmony between BOTH of you in ALL aspects of relationship ? If no - if you or your potential partner expects things to improve or be fine LATER - that LATER may be after
divorce!
Here I give you a simple and very realistic example from my very own earthly parents:
they got married in the early 50-ties last century - after meeting in the years just after world war 2 in Germany. the situation for ALL was difficult at that time because much in Germany was destroyed - housings bombed, infrastructure destroyed, all hungry for many years, misssing school education or professional training due to war.
The first priority for many was bare survival - working together to share expenses in life and just survive and progress materially! Little Or no thoughts about true love and harmony. Going to church - YES - because ALL suffering people go to church! But that has absolutely NOTHING to do with any SINCERE spirituality at all. My parents went every Sunday to church - until they got out of all post war trouble some ten years later and then suddenly stop praying and stopped going to church at all - just like many on this planet remember God only when they are in pain or deep shit ... that re-started in central Europe in the 60-ties and after. Life was simple - no bed - only sleeping in straw on the ground and working harder and harder to save money and "make it".
Severe illnesses resulted in such an environment of hate and violence due to missing love and mutual harmony - because there was zero mutual spiritual basis and no harmony between the two at all. Fighting started in the very first years of marriage. Some 20 years later the mandatory AND very expensive divorce came.
Thereafter decades of new life for both. New partners, new separations, more illnesses and accidents. decade after decade. At high age my earthly mother finally confessed that at absolutely NO time of her entire relationship she ever loved my father! even before marriage. All relationship was based on NON-love basis - purely material and financial. Hence NO sexual relationship - no caresses - ONLY illness as a result of total suppression of sexuality as the most direct manifestation of true partner-love.
After many decades of separation - both finally learned many lessons in life - and even started to become a little spiritual and started to think about love - and at the age of 70+ my mother confessed to me that NOW she could LOVE my earthly father (but he was happily married at that time).
This - for both concerned partners - learning experience occurred far after divorce - much too late for THIS incarnation to be of any benefit for any of them. it WILL however be of eternal benefit for BOTH of them - because they ARE eternal partners having lost love-contact for centuries to go trough lasting periods of war against each other.
Essence of above brief story is:
MUTUAL LOVE and true innermost harmony MUST be existent from the very first day or any potential relationship - even with "an eternal true and one and only partner" may fail almost
100 % sure!!!!
Why?Because true harmony in ALL aspects of a divine relationship - true divine and FREE flowing, uplifting love, love in both directions IN BOTH partners is the result of a DECISION FOR LOVE - FOR GOD !! either that decision has already be made or it may take years most likely decades to evolve again out of all accumulated EGO in one or both potential partners.
HERE on earth basically ALL humans are here because once a long time ago they have made a CLEAR decision AGAINST God and against love! That's why they all are HERE rather than at home! Hence only those having learned from all the experiences, pain and suffering and as such result having made a CLEAR and firm strong decision FOR GOD and FOR LOVE are really ready and suitable for any lasting and happy love-relationship!
Hence before making a decision FOR a particular potential partner - learn to BE aware of YOUR true and sincere innermost intentions as well as the true sincere intentions of your potential partner BEFORE making a decision that may cost you decades, an entire incarnation ( like in my earthly parent's case and MANY other known cases ) and finally wrong relationships always leave you behind with a "mountain" of new karma, emotional or even spiritual injuries and financial EXPENSES as well ... years or decades may often be required to work up and pay for all damages caused or resulting from wrong relationships that resulted from wrong decisions made by BOTH decades or even incarnations may even be required to HEAL emotional / spiritual injuries resulting from wrong relationships! While a truly loving relationship easily may uplift BOTH of you and speed up ALL your spiritual learning and practicing love for each other and for ALL as well.
Be like a chess playerWhatever you do or plan to do - be aware of your action - be aware of all possible POTENTIAL OUTCOME of your decisions and actions and learn to avoid to enter situations that lead you into high risk areas of life. Learn to avoid entering or creating complex situations that are difficult or impossible for you to predict in their potential of different possible OUTCOME.
Make your life simple and predictable - hence controllable and manageable by YOU in an easy and affordable way. Create or accept only situations of life that YOU alone can control and direct / redirect at any given time. instantly if needed and with only all the resources you really have at ANY given time to assure that ALL your solutions and changes you ever may need really re affordable by you without endangering your future material OR spiritual existence.
A simple life makes it much easier for you to clearly become aware of all your lessons and learn faster. Lesson by lesson. As you progress spiritually - you may learn soon to predict even more complex situations and hence prevent any possible negative outcome in your life as well as the life of all others. Intuition starts easier to work in your simple life than in complex situations. start like a baby ... have you ever seen a baby - 2 years old - attempting to windsurf in Beaufort 8 or attempting to climb mount Everest?
Babies start to walk and experience at home - in the protected secured environment created by LOVING parents who previewed ALL potential hazards of possible chemicals, electricity, dangerous objects and made sure babies always are safe under all and every and any circumstance.
Human SPIRITUAL learning also can - or could - take place AT HOME - in GOD - in your eternal home of everlasting love and bliss - if YOU are ready to make a clear and firm affirmative decision FOR LOVE in all and every possible situation of eternal life. learning in a secluded environment like here on earth only is needed for those having failed to previously make such a decision FOR GOD and FOR LOVE and hence started to accumulate wrong decisions leading into more and more complex and darker situations and finally running totally out of your conscious direct control - even worst separation became so intense that even direct conscious and fully aware contact by GOD has been lost by most humans on earth.
NOW it is time to change - time to get all under YOUR direct control - by becoming a simple human conducting simple predictable and manageable life and focusing on all essential spiritual lessons of LOVE first of all - and PROVE this sincere divine love to all until you have found your way home - to God.

An explanation of metaphysical attraction between different souls according to forces of their Karma
When souls are incarnating into a physical body, different forces act at the same time. These forces may somehow be considered or compared to forces displayed by vectors acting in different directions with different power. Let's have a closer view at some graphical explanations to fully understand thiese phenomena. Figure 1:A couple or husband / wife.
The X-like symbols from souls A and B mean the different karma that links these two souls and is now ready to be dissolved during present or future incarnations.
Karma caused together in past incarnations may attract the souls in any future incarnation until such Karma is completely dissolved. It can be dissolved by suffering the Karma originally caused, or by dissolving it with Love.
Of course it can be dissolved by the grace of God in the Divine fire of his Love if anyone asks God to remove such Karma and free the soul again. Karma is neither "good" nor "bad", it is just like a magnetic force and can be caused by a number of different actions from either side of the couple.
Whatever you do to anyone else in your thoughts, your fantasy, or your actions, is coming back to you one day, unless you have dissolved this particular Karma in any way possible. There could be a wish or a promise to someone to have a child together, that may cause 2 souls to stay together for a while, there may be some ancient fighting that may need to be settled, or they may have been inseparable friends and are attracted by their friendship and Love for each other. Quite often however, the magnetic force of Karma attracting 2 persons is rather of the fighting category.
Two "enemies" may come together in a future incarnation by being mother - daughter or father - son or any other combination of close relationship. Incarnating as a child of a previous "enemy" will certainly cause most mothers/fathers, without knowing about the common past of all involved, just to love the newborn. This Love starts to dissolve all the Karma between the parties involved in that KARMA. LOVE is the fastest and smoothest way of dissolving any KARMA. LOVE IS THE WAY OF GOD. LOVE automatically leads to GOD.
The karmic links and arrows pointing outside toward X, Y and Z symbolize the other links of Karma toward other souls that might be active to a lesser extent at that time of life for these 2 particular souls.
Later on during the course of life, some or all of the Karma may expire or the forces of the remaining Karma toward other persons outside this relationship may become stronger than the one between the two. This may now constitute the beginning of a change in life for one or both of the two souls involved. One or both may start to orient themselves toward other people, eventually toward another single person. The person having the next most important Karma with that soul or just a person helping - usually helping the weaker one - out of the present situation to master the change of life and helping to reorient in life after having gained the new freedom from the previous partner. Such a helping person may be called catalyst. He appears suddenly in the life of a person, does his "job" and disappears again. He may remain just a very good friend or totally disappears out of sight for the remainder of this incarnation. Someone just coming into your life, getting you out of your apparent death-end road and once you are safe again, says "good bye". He then may have to follow his own path of life again.
These links of Karma are of course more complicated than just described. But this is the basic physiology of karmic links in life and you may now better understand why a situation in your life suddenly changes, why the attraction toward one single person vanished and suddenly other persons appear to be of more interest to you.
Laws and principles as described in the chapter about the physiology of Samyama may also be involved in this process, as well as the development of your environment and your partner or your entire family. We all are one with God and one with our environment. Thus we are influenced by our environment and at the same time having ourselves an influence on our environment. We are part of the process of life and evolution and we are life and evolution ourselves. The driving forces behind all is the Divine core of our soul, our Divine heritage received from God assures, that finally we all evolve and may one day return to our Divine home in God.
To make you aware of the complexity of Divine laws and principles and allow you to even further your understanding of it, we will now have a look at a more complex situation including a small group of souls, like for example an average family consisting of wife, husband and 3 children.
But it could as well be a totally different combination like husband, mother in law, sister in law, grandfather, and finally husband of sister in law. Seems complex to you? Real life sometimes is much more complicated than this and still, from the absolute point of view it all is absolutely logic. Be always aware that God at all times has full overview and control of his creation and knows exactly what's going on and how to take care of his beloved children.
All the lines between any two circles symbolize karmic attraction. Now we have different categories of Karma included to show a more realistic situation.
Blue rectangles show Karma of anger, fighting, disagreement, arguments, let's call this "open bills".
Ellipses show Karma of friendship and friendly attachment to other souls. We call this just attachments
The yellow triangles are connections and Karma of pure Love. We just call it Love.
Some persons like A and B may only be linked by "open bills", that need somehow to be either paid or dissolved in Love. Dissolve in love in this case could mean that the one to whom you appear to "owe" something, may just say "let it be, it's OK". Hence your Karma is gone. That means no matter how big your Karma may appear, it may be dissolved instantly and then these two may suddenly friends and by having learned to love each others, have become free.
Two others in this group, A and D always were friends and remain friends. They are together to help each other and because they like each other from previous incarnations.
The spiritual evolution goes on and we have a look at C. this soul still has some "open bills" with D, friendship and "open bills" at the same time with A and links of pure Love with B and E. this soul has already evolved and learned to strive for more peace and even Love toward many persons around.
While we look at E and we see a soul who may be in the last physical incarnation. Because we find lots of love and friendship toward others, including souls who still are "fighting for open bills" like D and B. The small blue rectangles have become rather small compared to the power of Love that has developed and it seems that this soul incarnated to completely dissolve all the remaining Karma through the power of Divine Love without ever getting involved in any fighting or arguing anymore. Some of the blue rectangles may have been absorbed from the environment where this soul grew up, from violent father, mother, sisters, teachers, or a violent political environment of the native country. The driving force of Love has grown so powerful that this soul has fully realized the power of Love and helps / loves for the remainder of the incarnation to assist others in learning just by being a sample for them. Just by living and practicing a lifestyle of Love fully devoted to peace, friendship, Love and God. The Link of love toward X, Y and Z symbolize Love developed just about toward any person in any country, culture and religion, even beyond this planet or beyond human life forms. Such a soul has a great and powerful effect on all the environment and speeds up the spiritual growth of dozens, hundreds, thousand or even more other persons wherever they are, whatever they do.
D shows one large "open bill" with C, and several aspects of friendship. One with A and two others unmatched yet. One day soon this person may meet another friend and may suddenly be tired of fighting for "open bills", turn toward new friends and start a new life, with a new environment and soon starts to learn loving like E does. Showing a Link of love with E at present, E certainly has a positive impact on the spiritual growth of this soul and its personality, even in the future, when they may part. Links of pure Divine Love last for eternity, throughout the entire cosmic creation of God.
Karma is energy. Energy is life. Life is continuously changing. Karma is continuously changing. All these situations as described above may change within a few years or even suddenly within hours or even minutes and thus completely change your life. Everything is changing faster now than during the centuries before and will speed up even more in times to come. Start to learn a life style that does free you from any Karma. A lifestyle that supports your learning and practicing pure divine Love more and more. To learn to Love is much easier in a peaceful and loving environment. There is no need to go "through hell" just because you once started some fight with someone, and can't stop it, or immediately dissolve it in Love. Just refrain from fighting by moving into a more peaceful environment, by choosing some new friends and neighbors, another nation to live in, .... and you may easily start loving more and more intensely until you succeed, until you become a being of Love - angel like.
All Karma can be dissolved in Love. There is no reason why you should ever fight whatever the cause might be.
Turn on the fire of Divine Love within your self by stopping to fight or argue and start to focus on solutions of Love
Divine Love is the solution to all problems, practice it, and you may prove it to yourself and your environment.

The Law Of Karma
Learn to control and manage your karma
Part 2
In part 1 you learned that YOU and only you are in charge to dissolve YOUR OWN karma and that you CAN dissolve your own karma no matter how much and what kind of karma!! You all have the divine innermost love - power to dissolve any and all possibly existing karma and you all have a divine duty to dissolve it as soon as possible.
Because YOURSELF being totally FREE of any karma and having stopped to create any NEW karma is the very basic PRE-requisite for ALL others to BE happy WITH YOU!
As long as you have karma or create even new karma again and again - you will be a permanent source of disturbance for all creation and of course for all your beloved ones. your karma AND your capability to CREATE knowingly or subconsciously new karma again will be reducing or totally blocking the flow of LOVE FROM and TO all your beloved ones, your surrounding and neighbourhood as well as between YOU and GOD.
How to DISSOLVE karma has been written in many chapters and spiritual lessons for life in very detail!
Now in this newsletters I will give you a few additional examples on HOW to control and manage your karma. How to under-stand what kind of activities create karma that might easily run totally out of YOUR own control and hence may cause troubles for an extended period of time to you and others.
For easier understanding I give you a few practical examples of today's real life situations.
Publishing in forums - chat rooms - news groups
Nowadays it is very easy to use many of the FREE forums, chat rooms, newsgroups or free web sites and other services to publish your opinion or discuss, argue and eventually enter verbal fight and finally end up insulting or falsely accusing OTHERS.
The use of all these many FREE services and opportunities to offer your ego's output to a worldwide audience may be very tempting and millions may use such opportunities.
If you look at some of these online forums or newsgroups - the more spiritual the topic the more fighting you will see and the more lies and insults you will find in many cases ...
And many of these authors one day - some sooner, sometimes after just a few days or later, some of these "authors" regret their comments or insults ... Or may face a possible treat for a lawsuit.... and may find it impossible to DELETE any wrong statements, lies or insults ...
Because they have used free services that are paid and controlled by others, others are the ones having full control over all publications and these others may or may never be accessible to delete YOUR junk and clean up YOUR mess at OTHER peoples' expense and you face yourself in a situation created by you - that is completely OUT OF YOUR control even if you would be ready to pay for cleanup done by others in charge of the online services YOU used!
Hence - lesson ONE
Whenever you publish whatever that might be - do it ON YOUR own server - fully paid by you and technically and administratively under YOUR full own control - hence of course it also is FULLY paid by you and DIRECTLY physically or technically accessible by YOU. With other words - ALL is under YOUR direct and full control and managed by YOU only - no secretary, no employee, no contractor - JUST YOU - the owner and creator! The benefits are obvious:
If YOU have to pay for all you use and do then you will most likely publish MUCH less, or may be nothing at all or at least you make sure all is written correctly, with love for all and totally true and for the benefit of all.
Hence all such posts and publications will become maintenance free and thus can never become object of lawsuits or any other inconveniences to anyone. With their words - ALL is under your direct and full control - resulting in nothing else but fruits of love and benefits for all. Something you easily can surrender to GOD by the end of your present incarnation.
When ever you OWN all you use, maintain all you use, learn to handle all you use - and control, manage and operate all you use and KNOW all tools in any aspect you ever use - you have full control over all. Thus you can delete, modify, add, comment any time, any detail - instantly and whenever needed. all remains under your sole control and in the very worst of all cases when when things risk to get out of control or become a hazard to you or anyone or an annoyance because of mistakes you made - you still have the option of totally deleting and dissolving ALL instantly to FREE you of one of YOUR creation if ever you find out you made a mistake or your products or services have failed to be loving or beneficial to others!
Other example:
You publish a book in printed for using existing publishing houses. Whatever topic you select - if the publisher accepts your texts then you usually enter an agreement by contract. Earn a small percentage ( usually 5-10 percent ) and LOOSE all worldwide rights for 50 years. hence the publisher pays all fees and production cost and has all rights to translate or NOT translate - to promote your book or NOT promote your texts - and you have the right of being called author but have in reality little or no rights until worldwide copyright is expired after 50 years (see the "Autobiography of a Yogi" with the ORIGINAL being reprinted and retranslated after the mandatory waiting period of 50 years!!).
If you would have much more money you could publish all yourself - but would have to pay ALL in advance yourself - that would mean many ten thousands of US $ for an average printed book publication to keep all rights and full control of your teachings or whatever you want to make known to the world.
In the new world of eBooks - it has become affordable ( a few hundred us $ for eBook software plus a modern state of the art computer is all you need ) - ALL authors have an opportunity to create electronic books and retain full control and full rights and easily maintain, updated or correct any publication. All is easily controllable and manageable if ever action is needed by you.
Business of any kind
If you have any kind of business. be it hairdresser, bakery, cafeteria, Internet cafe, fee web mail services, mechanic shop, dealer, etc. as long as it is a small family business or ONE man operation there are no employees that need to be fired when things go wrong or economy is changing or down - hence you can change anything, everything any time while you run your own business. if you OWN all - including housing or office space used - and have PAID in full all real estate needed for your business - then YOU and no one else but YOU are true manager of your business and you can open, close or do with it whatever is for your benefit, for the benefit of all your customers, in accordance with all changing laws, changing needs, and new situations globally, economically or in your own family!
However, as soon as part of your business belongs to a bank ( mortgage, loans for inventory, etc ) or you use rented space - OTHERS may have a substantial influence and saying about your very own business and OTHERS may have an impact on YOUR decisions - hence your business is OUT of your direct and sole control. as long as you please the others or as long as you pay or as long as THEY profit from you - they may accept all your decisions. but the day they disagree, they may close down your business, recall your loans, end your mortgage, increase interest rates, change contracts, modify laws and rules applicable, ... and suddenly you may find your self in a situation CREATED by OTHERS totally out of YOUR own direct control.
Or when you business grows beyond YOUR own personal or family control and productivity and you hire more and more employees to increase your benefits ... you may one day have a business corporation or body of a size that becomes subject to corporate laws, labour laws, health regulations, labour union laws and more complex regulations and suddenly you can neither close down or open your business whenever you would love to nor can you conduct your business your way. You have grown to a size that becomes subject to government and other regulations, control and laws - and YOUR business NO LONGER is your business - and hence OUT - totally OUT of your control!
Free services added to your commercial services
When YOU offer services used by others - you may have to consider that YOU may still remain responsible for the use by others depending on the situation. example if you offer free web mail, chat rooms, forum, free web sites, free classifieds, free teachings in any field or even Internet access services and some others abuse such services for SPAM or illegal activities or end up with an accident as a result of your mistakes, then YOU as the “offerer” of such FREE services may be required by a plaintiff or by law to compensate for damages or instantly shut down, end the usage of a mailbox, delete a forum, close chat rooms or remove classifieds section on your web site. even the police or other legal authorities may ask you to do so - AT YOUR very own expenses ! (one of Germany's largest commercial nationwide ISP was facing such an expensive and long lasting intense lawsuit brought up by authorities simply because surfers using Internet access MAY eventually find somewhere in the world some web sites with illegal content ... and the authorities wanted to held that ISP legally liable and responsible for ALL Internet content accessible trough regular www access s offered by ALL ISPs anywhere in the world.)
From above few examples you should now have learned ALL the important factors necessary to make YOUR life and hence your karma controllable and manageable by YOU directly. Any force YOU create directly, personally with your own money, labour, knowledge and time can easily be removed, modified, changed, corrected, controlled and managed in all needed ways - instantly whenever needed.
Final essence for your solutions
The smaller your business, the easier you can control it and modify or adapt it to the needs of society and to the needs of your very own spiritual progress and family needs!!!
The more different aspects and work YOU know and learn and handle IN your own business - the less you depend on others and the more free you will be in all your own decisions and actions, re-actions - because YOU know it all - all you really need.
Make your business physically controllable and manageable by you directly and you never need a lawyer or insurance - because YOU can adapt and correct it every seconds point by point as needed to avoid any and every even smallest danger, inconvenience or damage to others. Hence zero karma - only benefits for all those accepting and enjoying your services or products.
However as soon as our business involves OTHER persons - dependencies on other companies, authorities or is physically out of your direct control or financially out of your direct financial capabilities - you are entering a risks zone that almost always creates karma that runs totally OUT of your control - at least for years, decades or incarnations - because some people HAVE created karma that required incarnations to be spent by the CREATOR of that karma to be corrected, modified, re-directed and finally personally in full dissolved again.
The more humble and simple all your life, all your services, actions, products - the easier all YOUR life and the faster AND more efficient and more loving your spiritual path., learning and progressing.
We all HAVE to learn to accept full and eternal responsibility for ALL our actions. In part 1 you learned that YOU and only you are in charge to dissolve YOUR OWN karma and that you CAN dissolve your own karma no matter how much and what kind of karma!! You all have the divine innermost love - power to dissolve any and all possibly existing karma and you all have a divine duty to dissolve it as soon as possible.
Because YOURSELF being totally FREE of any karma and having stopped to create any NEW karma is the very basic PRE-requisite for ALL others to BE happy WITH YOU!
As long as you have karma or create even new karma again and again - you will be a permanent source of disturbance for all creation and of course for all your beloved ones. your karma AND your capability to CREATE knowingly or subconsciously new karma again will be reducing or totally blocking the flow of LOVE FROM and TO all your beloved ones, your surrounding and neighbourhood as well as between YOU and GOD.
How to DISSOLVE karma has been written in many chapters and spiritual lessons for life in very detail!
Now in this newsletters I will give you a few additional examples on HOW to control and manage your karma. How to under-stand what kind of activities create karma that might easily run totally out of YOUR own control and hence may cause troubles for an extended period of time to you and others.

Publishing in forums - chat rooms - news groups
Nowadays it is very easy to use many of the FREE forums, chat rooms, newsgroups or free web sites and other services to publish your opinion or discuss, argue and eventually enter verbal fight and finally end up insulting or falsely accusing OTHERS.
The use of all these many FREE services and opportunities to offer your ego's output to a worldwide audience may be very tempting and millions may use such opportunities.
If you look at some of these online forums or newsgroups - the more spiritual the topic the more fighting you will see and the more lies and insults you will find in many cases ...
And many of these authors one day - some sooner, sometimes after just a few days or later, some of these "authors" regret their comments or insults ... Or may face a possible treat for a lawsuit.... and may find it impossible to DELETE any wrong statements, lies or insults ...
Because they have used free services that are paid and controlled by others, others are the ones having full control over all publications and these others may or may never be accessible to delete YOUR junk and clean up YOUR mess at OTHER peoples' expense and you face yourself in a situation created by you - that is completely OUT OF YOUR control even if you would be ready to pay for cleanup done by others in charge of the online services YOU used!
Hence - lesson ONE
Whenever you publish whatever that might be - do it ON YOUR own server - fully paid by you and technically and administratively under YOUR full own control - hence of course it also is FULLY paid by you and DIRECTLY physically or technically accessible by YOU. With other words - ALL is under YOUR direct and full control and managed by YOU only - no secretary, no employee, no contractor - JUST YOU - the owner and creator! The benefits are obvious:
If YOU have to pay for all you use and do then you will most likely publish MUCH less, or may be nothing at all or at least you make sure all is written correctly, with love for all and totally true and for the benefit of all.
Hence all such posts and publications will become maintenance free and thus can never become object of lawsuits or any other inconveniences to anyone. With their words - ALL is under your direct and full control - resulting in nothing else but fruits of love and benefits for all. Something you easily can surrender to GOD by the end of your present incarnation.
When ever you OWN all you use, maintain all you use, learn to handle all you use - and control, manage and operate all you use and KNOW all tools in any aspect you ever use - you have full control over all. Thus you can delete, modify, add, comment any time, any detail - instantly and whenever needed. all remains under your sole control and in the very worst of all cases when when things risk to get out of control or become a hazard to you or anyone or an annoyance because of mistakes you made - you still have the option of totally deleting and dissolving ALL instantly to FREE you of one of YOUR creation if ever you find out you made a mistake or your products or services have failed to be loving or beneficial to others!
Other example:
You publish a book in printed for using existing publishing houses. Whatever topic you select - if the publisher accepts your texts then you usually enter an agreement by contract. Earn a small percentage ( usually 5-10 percent ) and LOOSE all worldwide rights for 50 years. hence the publisher pays all fees and production cost and has all rights to translate or NOT translate - to promote your book or NOT promote your texts - and you have the right of being called author but have in reality little or no rights until worldwide copyright is expired after 50 years (see the "Autobiography of a Yogi" with the ORIGINAL being reprinted and retranslated after the mandatory waiting period of 50 years!!).
If you would have much more money you could publish all yourself - but would have to pay ALL in advance yourself - that would mean many ten thousands of US $ for an average printed book publication to keep all rights and full control of your teachings or whatever you want to make known to the world.
In the new world of eBooks - it has become affordable ( a few hundred us $ for eBook software plus a modern state of the art computer is all you need ) - ALL authors have an opportunity to create electronic books and retain full control and full rights and easily maintain, updated or correct any publication. All is easily controllable and manageable if ever action is needed by you.
Business of any kind
If you have any kind of business. be it hairdresser, bakery, cafeteria, Internet cafe, fee web mail services, mechanic shop, dealer, etc. as long as it is a small family business or ONE man operation there are no employees that need to be fired when things go wrong or economy is changing or down - hence you can change anything, everything any time while you run your own business. if you OWN all - including housing or office space used - and have PAID in full all real estate needed for your business - then YOU and no one else but YOU are true manager of your business and you can open, close or do with it whatever is for your benefit, for the benefit of all your customers, in accordance with all changing laws, changing needs, and new situations globally, economically or in your own family!
However, as soon as part of your business belongs to a bank ( mortgage, loans for inventory, etc ) or you use rented space - OTHERS may have a substantial influence and saying about your very own business and OTHERS may have an impact on YOUR decisions - hence your business is OUT of your direct and sole control. as long as you please the others or as long as you pay or as long as THEY profit from you - they may accept all your decisions. but the day they disagree, they may close down your business, recall your loans, end your mortgage, increase interest rates, change contracts, modify laws and rules applicable, ... and suddenly you may find your self in a situation CREATED by OTHERS totally out of YOUR own direct control.
Or when you business grows beyond YOUR own personal or family control and productivity and you hire more and more employees to increase your benefits ... you may one day have a business corporation or body of a size that becomes subject to corporate laws, labour laws, health regulations, labour union laws and more complex regulations and suddenly you can neither close down or open your business whenever you would love to nor can you conduct your business your way. You have grown to a size that becomes subject to government and other regulations, control and laws - and YOUR business NO LONGER is your business - and hence OUT - totally OUT of your control!
Free services added to your commercial services
When YOU offer services used by others - you may have to consider that YOU may still remain responsible for the use by others depending on the situation. example if you offer free web mail, chat rooms, forum, free web sites, free classifieds, free teachings in any field or even Internet access services and some others abuse such services for SPAM or illegal activities or end up with an accident as a result of your mistakes, then YOU as the “offerer” of such FREE services may be required by a plaintiff or by law to compensate for damages or instantly shut down, end the usage of a mailbox, delete a forum, close chat rooms or remove classifieds section on your web site. even the police or other legal authorities may ask you to do so - AT YOUR very own expenses ! (one of Germany's largest commercial nationwide ISP was facing such an expensive and long lasting intense lawsuit brought up by authorities simply because surfers using Internet access MAY eventually find somewhere in the world some web sites with illegal content ... and the authorities wanted to held that ISP legally liable and responsible for ALL Internet content accessible trough regular www access s offered by ALL ISPs anywhere in the world.)
From above few examples you should now have learned ALL the important factors necessary to make YOUR life and hence your karma controllable and manageable by YOU directly. Any force YOU create directly, personally with your own money, labour, knowledge and time can easily be removed, modified, changed, corrected, controlled and managed in all needed ways - instantly whenever needed.
Final essence for your solutions
The smaller your business, the easier you can control it and modify or adapt it to the needs of society and to the needs of your very own spiritual progress and family needs!!!
The more different aspects and work YOU know and learn and handle IN your own business - the less you depend on others and the more free you will be in all your own decisions and actions, re-actions - because YOU know it all - all you really need.
Make your business physically controllable and manageable by you directly and you never need a lawyer or insurance - because YOU can adapt and correct it every seconds point by point as needed to avoid any and every even smallest danger, inconvenience or damage to others. Hence zero karma - only benefits for all those accepting and enjoying your services or products.

How the Law of Karma works
Actually The Law of karma is very simple and has been known for thousands of years. The law of Karma is known in Christian teachings, as well as in many other cultures. It says: Whatever
you do to others - will be done to you, in this or any future incarnation of your soul.This law is so straightforward and logical, it sometimes is hard to believe, that some persons still think they may somehow get around it. If you knock your head against a wall, it is obvious - it may damage the wall and it may hurt your head. If you knock someone by physically fighting - you may cause harm, pain, injury to the person and the law of Karma requires you to experience the same pain. This is to have you learn to behave in a way that causes but pleasant experiences to others and yourself alike.
Whatever you do, you attract persons around you, that have a same or similar Karma than you have. If you are of a physically fighting nature, you may attract such persons again and again. Until you start to become aware of your own behavior and start to be fed up with the result of your very own actions. Until you start to strive for a more peaceful environment. The only sure method of finding one is changing your very own behavior.This law of karma applies for individuals as much as for families, groups, villages, cities, nations, cultures or even entire planets.Where does this law apply?It applies for all you do toward any being including animals, plants, planets, beings of any nature beyond physical sphere, humans, including what some may consider "criminals" - remember: All are children of God - made out of his Holy Spirit, made to the image of God. This law is valid for:

· all of your words
· all of your thoughts
· all of your emotions
But my thought or emotions are my personal secrets and of no concern to others, you may say. Perfectly wrong. All is energy. All your thoughts and emotions, all your fantasy are energy and are permanently radiating like a radio station. They do permanently affect your environment and its behavior. Some may radiate thoughts and feelings of Love, thus raising the vibration of their environment and be of a healing nature to others. Others may cause a kind of mental or emotional pollution to others, like a car may be able to do, or the chemical and some other Industries may still do.But at least most people are not directly affected or hurt by my thoughts and emotions, you may say.
The power of mind or emotions is far above the physical power. It may consciously hurt your physical body when your dad or mom or anyone else is beating you for any reason. Some may think, that a few days after you have forgotten it, thus it may be of no harm and leave no traces. But be assured that even one single stroke you ever get, may leave traces in your emotional or causal body for decades or incarnations. It may take years of conscious healing efforts to heal a person who has ever got any physical punishment for any reason by anyone. There is never any justification for any kind of physical punishment for any reason.But even worst is any kind of verbal, mental or emotional violence against any person or other being of any nature. The power of metaphysical energy in proportion to physical energy may best be compared to the difference between 1 metre compared to 1 m² (square metre). Two different dimensions.
The only medicine that could ever heal injuries done by violent words, thoughts and emotions is but Divine Love. The damage that often lasts for thousands of years may be so tremendous, that only God can heal all this wounds by his pure and omnipotent Divine Love.
Metaphysical energy has a power far beyond physical imaginations. Fortunately, God created some safety measures in his creation. Most very physical persons with a strong ego have a rather weak metaphysical radiation. Because violent vibrations are of higher density, thus the flow of such energy is limited. It may be compared to the difference of the flow of honey compared to the flow of water through the same pipeline-system. It is harder to continuously create a flow of thoughts and emotions of low vibrations than such made of Divine Love.
Violent thoughts and emotions may thus be primary of physical nature with a relatively weak metaphysical part of radiation. But nevertheless all is energy and even the most violent thoughts always are radiating across the environment. In the future people may become more and more metaphysical in their perception and all their thoughts and emotions as well. This will for one part cause an awareness of other peoples thoughts and emotions and at the same time may cause their own thoughts and emotions to become more powerful for communications with their environment.
Your thoughts and emotions - no matter how secret you may consider them - do affect all others around you. It affects all around you. It affects the behavior, the action and reaction toward you from your entire environment. Your thoughts and emotions are part of your aura and may affect those dear to you, like your family and friends, even when you are thousands of kilometers apart of each others. Even family members having "died" a long time ago, may still be affected by such radiation of your aura.
So beware of all your thoughts and emotions as well as all your words and action, because they create a reaction in your environment toward you. Be prepared to receive the kind of energy you radiate from others. Be even prepared to receive physically what you radiated in your fantasy or mind. Because a thought of violence or punishment toward any other person may hurt them even more than any physical violence and may come back as a physical reaction toward you.
Emotional injury that occurred in previous incarnation may be even more difficult to heal while being in a physical body than physical injuries. Medical doctors and healers need first to learn how to perceive and truly heal emotional injuries and blockages in the causal body caused by such past psycho-traumatic experiences in your life. However it is possible to heal any injury by the Divine power of God's Love and Bliss. This can be achieved directly by the person affected - for example by following spiritual traditions such like Kriya Yoga, Bhakti
Yoga or any other suitable spiritual tradition or by asking forDivine assistance through a healer or even best directly from God.
How do thoughts and emotions affect my health?
Thoughts and emotions of Love do cause a healthy physical, astral and causal body. Love is in harmony with God and always creates or re-establishes Divine health. The physical body's health is affected by the sum of all Karma ever caused by that soul's many incarnations. For the soul there is never birth and death, but a continuous learning process. The soul of a small baby learns as much as the soul of a senior citizen suffering from a stroke or Alzheimer disease or the soul of a middle aged scientist.
Babies can have thoughts and emotions and may create their own new Karma as much as adults can. The account of a souls Karma may be compared to the account of a family through the years. At the end of each year you may have a positive or negative balance in your household-account. The new year, seconds after the old one passed away, always starts with the balance of the previous year. So does it work with your Karma across the many incarnations. Learn to immediately stop to cause or create any Karma and start to create peace, Divine Love and harmony within and around you. It is but your very own and personal decision what you think, feel , say and do. There is but one power to dissolve any Karma - pure Divine Love received by your devotion to God.
Disharmony in your mind and emotions, like anger, jealousy, greed, revenge, continuous lying, verbal or emotional fighting, do however affect your physical body so seriously to cause such severe physical or mental illnesses like:· heart attack
· angina pectoris
· Morbus Alzheimer
· tuberculosis
· tumors and cancer
· rheumatic diseases of various kind
· headache, neuralgia, infections
· cause and promote violent viruses and bacteria of various
kinds
· multiple sclerosis
· and many more serious illnesses of today's population across
the world.
No disease, illness, disaster including natural disaster or accident of any kind can ever occur without any Karma of the persons affected. God is Love and gave us freedom - absolute freedom - without freedm we could never be made to hisimage. This Divine and absolute freedom is one of the single most important principles of creation. But freedom includes the free choice of all actions in all dimensions of human consciousness, being and existence. Freedom includes the freedom and capability to learn from all action we have ever created.Freedom includes the right to receive what we have seeded in our previous incarnations as well as NOW. The right - yes. Because it is our choice and freedom to create peace, Bliss and Love to all our surroundings and thus to earn peace, Bliss and Love and nothing but peace, Bliss and Love. Create in your actions, your mind and your emotions what you enjoy to receive in return today, tomorrow and any time thereafter.
But how can I control my thoughts and my emotions, you may intervene...
Well, how do you switch your computer, your radio or TV ON or OFF. You make a decision, then you accomplish the goal of such decision. It is so simple as this example. One day you may decide to change your thoughts and you may want to change them in a certain way. Do it with positive words by using powerful positive goal to strive for. Then keep this positive goal in mind until you reached it.
By fighting the negative thoughts they may get even more powerful, because to fight them you first must concentrate on them. But by concentrating on your positive goal, your mind, emotions and your physical body will become filled with that new energy until you are one with the goal you are aiming at. By properly and consistently applying this technique you may calm down your mind and emotions, whenever you perceive a turmoil in your mind - concentrate on God and Divine Love. Ask in a deep prayer God to assist you in achieving a state of continuous Love, peace and Bliss within and God will surely answer your prayer by helping you to achieve any spiritual goal you ever aim at. But it is your choice to open for Divine Bliss or start again to dwell in your old previous behavioral patterns.
Be honest toward yourself in all you do
Be really ready to receive in action what your have done or still are doing in your mind, your emotions and your fantasy toward any kind of life, toward any part of the Divine creation.When you are fully aware and conscious of all your past actions, thoughts and emotions toward others and you may have learned from it and become ready for a change in your life. You may first make a firm decision regarding your future behavioral goal to achieve.You may then want to learn to conduct a lifestyle in harmony with all spiritual laws.
Ask God to assist you in reaching such goal. And by striving honestly toward this goal you may apply for God's mercy, Love and grace to withhold and dissolve any pending Karma that might still be waiting on you. God's Divine grace and mercy can and will dissolve any Karma even instantly by the power of his Divine Love, but it is YOU who first must realize the import- ance of developing Divine Love within. Create harmony within, because Love is the truth of your being. Anything else you try to create within, may cause damage to your health. Love always creates Divine health.You may make a decision to switch OFF your TV within less than a second - you may then switch OFF your TV within less than one second. You may take less than a second to make a decision of causing Karma or creating Love - hence it may also take less than a second to stop the creation of any Karma

Learn to really understand your karma and face it actively
Karma - part 1
To begin with, first a few misunderstandings i hear again and again from many people in many countries and any culture or religion: some are suffering and say: "that's my karma" they accept karma as given and suffer trough all karma without ever changing anything at all some suffer karma and simply say: "God has given me that karma (that lesson) so I have to accept it, go trough it and suffer it!"
Others have the opinion that they are TOO WEAK to change anything and become or remain a slave and subordinate of their own karma without any attempt to make even the smallest changes in their life and karma! but lets be true and honest to OURSELVES about above points and face the absolute facts:
1. GOD never gives karma or sends painful lessons to anyone!
2. Any karma ALWAYS is the result of YOUR very own action, decisions or failed / omitted decisions or wrong decisions!
3. YOU and no one else but YOU have CREATED your karma - HENCE YOU and no one but YOU can dissolve it!!
4. Whatever YOU create or HAVE created CAN BE removed or dissolved by YOU!! it can for sure!!
5. YOU had the power, energy, money and TIME to CREATE your karma - hence YOU will HAVE the power, energy, money and TIME to dissolve ALL your self created karma!
6. YOU do it NOW - or in the future - any time - instantly or in a million years - but YOUR action REMAIN eternally YOUR sole responsibility!!!
They key to all above misunderstandings is a LACK of acceptance FOR their very own karma and a lack of BELIEF that THEY themselves could change what they HAVE created.
If you have created a "mountain of karma" then you can dismantle that very "mountain" with your own heart! How else? Anyone who can construct a car and build it can also dismantle a car into its original parts! That is an ABSOLUTE FACT.Your potential grows into infinity with increased flow of LOVE. Love flows increasingly as you progress in the basic steps of accepting and GIVING love. To dissolve karma you need to GIVE LOVE. In all possible aspects and variations to as many people as possible.YOU have a divine DUTY to end any of your suffering - YOU have a divine DUTY to FACE and counteract your very own karma - because NO one has a duty to have PITY with you! YOUR karma is YOUR duty and your full responsibility and hence YOUR work and your lessons to be learned and applied by YOU and no one else but YOU. YOU have a divine DUTY to FREE ALL your friends, neighbours and family members from YOUR suffering, because THEY ALL have a divine RIGHT to be amidst happy and LOVING and FREE people. HERE and NOW - even on earth. a suffering person - in pain from self created karma IS A PAIN to all humans and to society.Accept FULL responsibility for ALL you ever have done and do at present or will do in eternal future and be strong and loving in all you do. the more simple and humble all your life and work - the easier it will be to efficiently dismantle step by step ALL your own karma and be free even within ONE single lifetime here on earth. provided YOU make LOVE and God union your only and first priority in life. here and now.Say YES to love

Some may radiate thoughts and feelings of Love, thus raising the vibration of their environment and be of a healing nature to others. Others may cause a kind of mental or emotional pollution to others, like a car may be able to do, or the chemical and some other Industries may still do.But at least most people are not directly affected or hurt by my thoughts and emotions, you may say.
The power of mind or emotions is far above the physical power. It may consciously hurt your physical body when your dad or mom or anyone else is beating you for any reason. Some may think, that a few days after you have forgotten it, thus it may be of no harm and leave no traces. But be assured that even one single stroke you ever get, may leave traces in your emotional or causal body for decades or incarnations. It may take years of conscious healing efforts to heal a person who has ever got any physical punishment for any reason by anyone. There is never any justification for any kind of physical punishment for any reason.But even worst is any kind of verbal, mental or emotional violence against any person or other being of any nature. The power of metaphysical energy in proportion to physical energy may best be compared to the difference between 1 metre compared to 1 m² (square metre). Two different dimensions.
The only medicine that could ever heal injuries done by violent words, thoughts and emotions is but Divine Love. The damage that often lasts for thousands of years may be so tremendous, that only God can heal all this wounds by his pure and omnipotent Divine Love.
Metaphysical energy has a power far beyond physical imaginations. Fortunately, God created some safety measures in his creation. Most very physical persons with a strong ego have a rather weak metaphysical radiation. Because violent vibrations are of higher density, thus the flow of such energy is limited. It may be compared to the difference of the flow of honey compared to the flow of water through the same pipeline-system. It is harder to continuously create a flow of thoughts and emotions of low vibrations than such made of Divine Love.
Violent thoughts and emotions may thus be primary of physical nature with a relatively weak metaphysical part of radiation. But nevertheless all is energy and even the most violent thoughts always are radiating across the environment. In the future people may become more and more metaphysical in their perception and all their thoughts and emotions as well. This will for one part cause an awareness of other peoples thoughts and emotions and at the same time may cause their own thoughts and emotions to become more powerful for communications with their environment.
Your thoughts and emotions - no matter how secret you may consider them - do affect all others around you. It affects all around you. It affects the behavior, the action and reaction toward you from your entire environment. Your thoughts and emotions are part of your aura and may affect those dear to you, like your family and friends, even when you are thousands of kilometers apart of each others. Even family members having "died" a long time ago, may still be affected by such radiation of your aura.
So beware of all your thoughts and emotions as well as all your words and action, because they create a reaction in your environment toward you. Be prepared to receive the kind of energy you radiate from others. Be even prepared to receive physically what you radiated in your fantasy or mind. Because a thought of violence or punishment toward any other person may hurt them even more than any physical violence and may come back as a physical reaction toward you.
Emotional injury that occurred in previous incarnation may be even more difficult to heal while being in a physical body than physical injuries. Medical doctors and healers need first to learn how to perceive and truly heal emotional injuries and blockages in the causal body caused by such past psycho-traumatic experiences in your life. However it is possible to heal any injury by the Divine power of God's Love and Bliss. This can be achieved directly by the person affected - for example by following spiritual traditions such like Kriya Yoga, Bhakti
Yoga or any other suitable spiritual tradition or by asking forDivine assistance through a healer or even best directly from God.
How do thoughts and emotions affect my health?
Thoughts and emotions of Love do cause a healthy physical, astral and causal body. Love is in harmony with God and always creates or re-establishes Divine health. The physical body's health is affected by the sum of all Karma ever caused by that soul's many incarnations. For the soul there is never birth and death, but a continuous learning process. The soul of a small baby learns as much as the soul of a senior citizen suffering from a stroke or Alzheimer disease or the soul of a middle aged scientist.
Babies can have thoughts and emotions and may create their own new Karma as much as adults can. The account of a souls Karma may be compared to the account of a family through the years. At the end of each year you may have a positive or negative balance in your household-account. The new year, seconds after the old one passed away, always starts with the balance of the previous year. So does it work with your Karma across the many incarnations. Learn to immediately stop to cause or create any Karma and start to create peace, Divine Love and harmony within and around you. It is but your very own and personal decision what you think, feel , say and do. There is but one power to dissolve any Karma - pure Divine Love received by your devotion to God.
Disharmony in your mind and emotions, like anger, jealousy, greed, revenge, continuous lying, verbal or emotional fighting, do however affect your physical body so seriously to cause such severe physical or mental illnesses like:· heart attack

· Morbus Alzheimer
· tuberculosis
· tumors and cancer
· rheumatic diseases of various kind
· headache, neuralgia, infections
· cause and promote violent viruses and bacteria of various
kinds
· multiple sclerosis
· and many more serious illnesses of today's population across
the world.
No disease, illness, disaster including natural disaster or accident of any kind can ever occur without any Karma of the persons affected. God is Love and gave us freedom - absolute freedom - without freedm we could never be made to hisimage. This Divine and absolute freedom is one of the single most important principles of creation. But freedom includes the free choice of all actions in all dimensions of human consciousness, being and existence. Freedom includes the freedom and capability to learn from all action we have ever created.Freedom includes the right to receive what we have seeded in our previous incarnations as well as NOW. The right - yes. Because it is our choice and freedom to create peace, Bliss and Love to all our surroundings and thus to earn peace, Bliss and Love and nothing but peace, Bliss and Love. Create in your actions, your mind and your emotions what you enjoy to receive in return today, tomorrow and any time thereafter.
But how can I control my thoughts and my emotions, you may intervene...
Well, how do you switch your computer, your radio or TV ON or OFF. You make a decision, then you accomplish the goal of such decision. It is so simple as this example. One day you may decide to change your thoughts and you may want to change them in a certain way. Do it with positive words by using powerful positive goal to strive for. Then keep this positive goal in mind until you reached it.
By fighting the negative thoughts they may get even more powerful, because to fight them you first must concentrate on them. But by concentrating on your positive goal, your mind, emotions and your physical body will become filled with that new energy until you are one with the goal you are aiming at. By properly and consistently applying this technique you may calm down your mind and emotions, whenever you perceive a turmoil in your mind - concentrate on God and Divine Love. Ask in a deep prayer God to assist you in achieving a state of continuous Love, peace and Bliss within and God will surely answer your prayer by helping you to achieve any spiritual goal you ever aim at. But it is your choice to open for Divine Bliss or start again to dwell in your old previous behavioral patterns.
Be honest toward yourself in all you do
Be really ready to receive in action what your have done or still are doing in your mind, your emotions and your fantasy toward any kind of life, toward any part of the Divine creation.When you are fully aware and conscious of all your past actions, thoughts and emotions toward others and you may have learned from it and become ready for a change in your life. You may first make a firm decision regarding your future behavioral goal to achieve.You may then want to learn to conduct a lifestyle in harmony with all spiritual laws.
Ask God to assist you in reaching such goal. And by striving honestly toward this goal you may apply for God's mercy, Love and grace to withhold and dissolve any pending Karma that might still be waiting on you. God's Divine grace and mercy can and will dissolve any Karma even instantly by the power of his Divine Love, but it is YOU who first must realize the import- ance of developing Divine Love within. Create harmony within, because Love is the truth of your being. Anything else you try to create within, may cause damage to your health. Love always creates Divine health.You may make a decision to switch OFF your TV within less than a second - you may then switch OFF your TV within less than one second. You may take less than a second to make a decision of causing Karma or creating Love - hence it may also take less than a second to stop the creation of any Karma

Learn to really understand your karma and face it actively
Karma - part 1
To begin with, first a few misunderstandings i hear again and again from many people in many countries and any culture or religion: some are suffering and say: "that's my karma" they accept karma as given and suffer trough all karma without ever changing anything at all some suffer karma and simply say: "God has given me that karma (that lesson) so I have to accept it, go trough it and suffer it!"
Others have the opinion that they are TOO WEAK to change anything and become or remain a slave and subordinate of their own karma without any attempt to make even the smallest changes in their life and karma! but lets be true and honest to OURSELVES about above points and face the absolute facts:
1. GOD never gives karma or sends painful lessons to anyone!
2. Any karma ALWAYS is the result of YOUR very own action, decisions or failed / omitted decisions or wrong decisions!
3. YOU and no one else but YOU have CREATED your karma - HENCE YOU and no one but YOU can dissolve it!!
4. Whatever YOU create or HAVE created CAN BE removed or dissolved by YOU!! it can for sure!!
5. YOU had the power, energy, money and TIME to CREATE your karma - hence YOU will HAVE the power, energy, money and TIME to dissolve ALL your self created karma!
6. YOU do it NOW - or in the future - any time - instantly or in a million years - but YOUR action REMAIN eternally YOUR sole responsibility!!!
They key to all above misunderstandings is a LACK of acceptance FOR their very own karma and a lack of BELIEF that THEY themselves could change what they HAVE created.
If you have created a "mountain of karma" then you can dismantle that very "mountain" with your own heart! How else? Anyone who can construct a car and build it can also dismantle a car into its original parts! That is an ABSOLUTE FACT.Your potential grows into infinity with increased flow of LOVE. A spiritual coach let’s you have the awareness of what your true innate qualities: love, compassion, peace, inner power… This is who you really are; thus how to put these qualities consciously into your day-to-day life from your unconsciousness. A spiritual coach is a partner in their client's personal, spiritual transformation. I love the idea but I’m not sure about the Spiritual bit!
OK. Firstly, spirituality is nothing to do with religion or belief in ‘god’. This, we all know, don’t we? It is simply about going deeply ‘inside’, turning inwards (not necessarily meditating) yourself and becoming more aware of who you really are at your deepest level, that is, connecting with Your True Self (or Authentic Self or Soul or Spirit; thereby, Spiritual coaching; we are all spiritual beings regardless of).
The True Self is beyond what you may commonly refer to as ‘yourself’ in day-to-day life. At the deepest level ‘You’ are certainly not your name, your position in society, your body (you just make good use of it to manifest your true, innate qualities: your being) these are just labels which can easily be changed, disintegrate, disappear, lost, robbed, taken away. I repeat, you are not your body either, this is merely a ‘vehicle‘ to allow movement and action. And you are certainly not your mind or the thoughts you have in your mind, although your mind would like you to believe that you are! You are even beyond your feelings, although this is closer (and therefore a better indicator than the mind).
In particular, it is living from the mindspace (which most people do) which causes the most confusion, and therefore the most dissatisfaction, about how we live our lives. In going beyond the mindspace and connecting with feelings you can start to realise the truth about who you truly are.

OK! Sounds simple enough. So how is it different from Life Coaching? Normal Life Coaching is great at setting goals that come from the mind. Usually these goals are around ‘having more’ or ‘doing more’, and experience shows that whilst achieving them can feel good in the short term, they are not ultimately fulfilling. Spiritual Coaching is coaching at a deeper level, reaching a level beyond your mind. This allows you to set your goals from a truer space, so they are congruent with your real desires - and reaching them brings real fulfilment.
So How Does Spiritual Coaching Work?
I work with you to bring greater clarity, awareness and understanding to both you and your current life situation, and guide you from that new space so you can develop your own goals. As a result, your goals will reflect your higher values, will be deeply meaningful, and achieving them will deliver great life change, true happiness and fulfilment!
Just imagine standing on the surface of a large sphere. Life Coaching operates on the surface of that sphere and helps you set goals out in front of you, maybe even over your horizon. Spiritual Coaching focuses initially on heading towards the centre of that sphere, getting closer to who you really are and bringing more awareness to where you are now and where you want to be. This has the potential for much greater change by allowing you to go deeper to set truer and more meaningful goals.
Sounds Great! But what can I achieve in 3 months?
Every client is different (and much depends on how open and honest you are), but in 3 months (12 sessions) you can literally change the course of your life. As a minimum I would expect to help you to:
- establish a deeper understanding of yourself by bringing awareness to where you are now and where you want to be.
- understand at a deep level why you act and feel like you do at present.
- bring clarity to where you are going and to the true value of all the current activity in your life.
- have a concept of your highest goal - this gives you a point to aim towards.
- ‘build’ a path between where you are now and your highest goals
- identify your long term goals and progress towards them.
- focus on your day-to-day activities and consciously change them so they are congruent with your higher goals.
- work on short term goals each week, creating rapid change and moving you forward, whilst remaining focussed on your long term and highest goals.
Of course, exactly how much you want to change is up to you, but you will achieve much more, and faster, than on your own! And the more open you are to my challenges, and the more committed you are, the easier and quicker the change happens.
